Republican Legislative Campaign Committee (RLCC) Names 2025 Executive Committee & National Leadership Team

WASHINGTON, D.C. – In 2024, the Republican State Leadership Committee’s (RSLC) strategic early investment strategy was crucial in our success in combating the nearly $175 million in spending from the DLCC, Forward Majority, and the States Project, which led to maintaining our GOP majorities nationwide, flipping the Michigan House, breaking the Democrat trifecta in Minnesota, and gaining seats in predominantly blue states like California, New York, Massachusetts, and Vermont. As it continues to build off these unprecedented successes that defied all expectations, the RSLC today announced the 2025 Executive Committee for its largest caucus and only national organization devoted to electing Republican state legislative leaders -- the Republican Legislative Campaign Committee (RLCC).

“Last year, State Republicans accomplished remarkable victories by effectively communicating the issues that truly resonate with voters and offering a hopeful vision for a stronger future,” said Michigan Senate Republican Leader and RLCC Chair Aric Nesbitt. “While we celebrate these significant achievements, we must be prepared for Democrats to come back with even greater financial support than before, determined to dominate the airwaves and silence Republican voices. As we approach this election cycle, I am proud to stand with my colleagues on this committee to advocate for the values of state Republicans and commit to making our country a better place for families to thrive.”

“The American people have entrusted state Republican legislatures across the country to make a meaningful difference in their lives. They believe we can implement vital policies that will reduce costs, ensure border security, and enhance community safety,” said Pennsylvania Senate President Pro Tempore and RLCC Vice Chair Kim Ward. “While Democrats push a policy agenda that is disconnected from the realities faced by many, it is our responsibility as state Republicans to hold them accountable and curb their growing influence. We are ready to take action this election cycle, and I look forward to collaborating with my RLCC colleagues to amplify our impact.”

“Last election cycle, we successfully pushed back against the nearly $175 million spent to undermine us by the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee (DLCC), Forward Majority, and the States Project, securing historic victories for state Republicans across the country,” said Minnesota House Speaker and RLCC Finance Chair Lisa Demuth. “As we move into this cycle, we anticipate a tough fight, as Democrats are poised to tap into their billionaire donor network to dominate the airwaves nationally. This presents a formidable challenge, but I am confident that, alongside my dedicated colleagues, we will mobilize the essential resources needed to counter the radical left’s advances. I am truly honored to collaborate with my outstanding colleagues on this committee as we work to amplify the impact of state Republicans nationwide.”
