RSLC President Dee Duncan Congratulates Todd Gilbert on Being Sworn in as 57th Speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC) President Dee Duncan today congratulated Virginia Republican Todd Gilbert for being sworn in as the 57th Speaker of the House of Delegates and the entire Republican Caucus for their first day back in control of the chamber following their historic victory last November.

“Congratulations to Todd Gilbert for being sworn in as the 57th Speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates as Republicans officially retake control of the chamber today. Speaker Gilbert and House Republicans are determined to deliver for the people of Virginia by lowering the cost of living, empowering parents to be involved in their children’s educations, and keeping the commonwealth safe by supporting law enforcement. Virginians will be well-served by this new era of Republican leadership, which was only made possible by the historic election wins last November that we partnered on with Speaker Gilbert and his team.
